Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, valid reason with proof, order not from custom (made as per buyer need) or personalized not returnable, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return acceptance or rejection will be decided by our team after checking all the reasons, proof and conditions. 

If customer provided us correct length then we will make as per that and if customer not provided then we will make as per standard length and customer can alteration this locally.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

We don't accept Cancellations after 12 hours of placing the order.

 

Colour Variation

Little colour variation may possible due to photography, device resolutions and lights.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately proof (Unboxing Photos and Videos) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Dry clean recommended because of the small packaging in international shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, valid reason with proof, order not from custom (made as per buyer measurements) or personalized, unworn or unused, item with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchange acceptance or rejection will be decided by our team after checking all the reasons, proof and conditions. Buyers are responsible for any shipping, customs and import taxes that may apply in exchanges.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
  • Custom ( As Per Buyer Measurements) or Personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Packed Item (Without Opening the Item)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, duty charges, tax charges and return shipping labels. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

Duties, taxes, and shipping amounts cannot be refunded because these amounts have already been deposited. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
